Cancellation Policy Courses and Events.
Courses:
Unless anything else is listed by the course information, we understand that life happens, so we've designed this policy to be as flexible as possible while respecting time, energy and 3rd party commitments required to prepare for our courses.
- Payment books your spot
- 100% refund if cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to course starts
- 50% refund if cancelled 4-2 weeks before course starts
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks before course starts
- In case of illness, you may use the investment towards another course or transfer your purchase to a friend. Notification must be given at least 24 hours before the course starts.
- Admin fee will not be refunded (approx. 500-1500 kr, see your course info sheet)
Retreats:
Payment books your spot. Payments are non-refundable but we understand life happens so your spot can be transferred to a friend if you are not able to join for some reason. Please let us know as soon as possible if this happens to you so we can make any changes necessary on our end.
