Nestled in a peaceful, enchanting woodland setting, each day offers a blend of nourishing vegetarian meals, gentle and invigorating yoga sessions, meditation, healing practices, and space for personal reflection.
This ECO farm has everything to calm and nourish a stressed body and mind.
We’ll explore the art of writing and sharing, taking time to reconnect with ourselves and each other in beautiful, mindful ways. Between sessions, enjoy walks among the blossoming trees, letting the serene beauty of the forest inspire and refresh you. Take a dip in the water and immerse yourself in the wisdom of nature.

11:00 Yoga flow
12:30 Lunch (+time for walks, swim, reflection)
14:00 Meditation & Hatha yoga
15:30 Tea (+time for walks, swim, reflection)
16:30 Yin yoga & Sound healing
18:00 Dinner
19:00 End circle
19:30 Good bye for now (1 day retreat) or gathering around the fire (3 day retreat)
Option for 3 day retreat: book a massage on site (not included in price)
